Today you will need to view this entire blog, it is giving you examples to our next ceramic project. Our new project is going to be sculpting a word. The word will then be made with a creative spin.
For example you may choose the word "STRONG" and when you hand build each letter you may give it muscles, or your may cross the "T" with a barbell.
For a grade you need make a comment about your favorite picture and explain to me in 3 complete sentences why it is your favorite.

I think Hope is the best one. I like it because you can tell what it says and yet it still portrays a meaning. I also like how it's painted.
ReplyDeleteI can't honestly pick. I like the life one, and the hope one a lot. I like the life one because the way the letters are placed and look, but I'm not a huge fan of the colors. I like the hope one because of the letters and the way they're placed also...but I don't like the colors and the lack of creativity.

ReplyDeleteI think that the unity project was really colorful and creative. And that the base was really cool because its shaped as an earth. Unity was used really well because its like saying that the people on earth are united.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite clay piece was the TRUST piece. Thats my favorite because it is creative how the T is is a key. And how the middle is a key whole for the T. But i would of added more color to it!
